Standardized Patient, NP Program | Up to 24 hr/wk [Salt Lake City] Intermittent

The standardized patient acts as a professional contributor to simulation experiences by playing the role of a fictional patient during objective structured clinical examinations (Osces) for nurse practitioner students using a scripted case. Responsibilities also include creating backup recordings of completed osces and assisting students with common technological issues during these sessions.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in a supporting field and have two years of experience as either a certified teacher or a registered nurse, or a relevant combination thereof. Required background experience includes conducting virtual presentations, performing in fine arts/Acting, or serving in an educational setting.
