Onsite Instructor, Learning Lab - Salt Lake City, UT - Full Time

The instructor is responsible for facilitating student learning and performance assessment in on-Site clinical learning labs, ranging from basic nursing skills to complex patient care situations using high-Fidelity simulation. This role involves serving as a professional role model, providing constructive feedback, and assisting students in applying clinical judgment and the nursing process.

A minimum requirement for this position is an msn and at least two years of professional work experience, along with an active and unencumbered rn license in the state of the lab location. Preferred qualifications include strong experience with distance education and simulation-Based education.
