ABA Assistant - Allan Cott School

The aba assistant will work with a bcba and team to assess student needs, write and implement behavior change programs, and conduct functional analyses when appropriate. Responsibilities also include collecting data, training staff on support plans, and providing direct care including assistance with daily living skills.

Candidates must possess a ba/Bs degree and be at least 21 years old, with a minimum of one year of experience serving individuals with disabilities required. Preferred qualifications include current registered behavior technician certification and experience providing aba services, along with meeting educational prerequisites for bcba/Bcaba fieldwork hours.
