The incumbent is responsible for researching workforce needs, translating demand into learning experiences, and ensuring the continuous production of innovative, revenue-Generating programs.
Requirements summary
A bachelor's degree in communications, adult education or design, or an equivalent field is the minimum requirement, where four years of direct experience can substitute for the degree. Preferred qualifications include a master's degree in a related field and demonstrated experience developing professional training programs with a portfolio.
