Behavior Technician/ Registered Behavior Technician

The primary responsibility involves working directly with children on the autism spectrum to implement individualized behavior intervention plans through one-On-One therapy sessions. This includes collecting data on progress and assisting with skill acquisition in communication, social interactions, and daily living skills.

Candidates must possess a genuine passion for working with individuals on the autism spectrum and demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, along with patience and empathy. While prior experience is preferred, the employer provides comprehensive training, and candidates must be able to lift up to 50lbs and run for short increments if necessary.
