Lead RBT

The lead rbt will partner with bcbas to deliver play-Based aba therapy, focusing on skill development, while also serving as a mentor and clinical resource to new and existing aba team members. Responsibilities include collecting and accurately recording client behavioral data, completing documentation within 48 hours, and participating in weekly team meetings.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, active rbt certification, and either active safety care certification or the ability to obtain it within 60 days. A minimum of one year of experience as an rbt at westside or two years in a comparable outpatient aba clinical setting is required.
