Behavior Technician - Center Based

The primary responsibilities involve implementing treatment plans designed by a bcba, preparing session materials, and utilizing aba techniques to support learner success. Technicians must also collect and record data, document progress via objective session notes, and assist in identifying learner goals.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma, with an associate's degree or higher being preferred, and ideally hold a registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification. A valid nj driver's license and reliable transportation are mandatory, though no prior experience is required as comprehensive training and supervision will be provided.
