Registered Behavior Technician

The registered behavior technician will implement applied behavior analysis (Aba) therapy plans under the supervision of a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba) and provide one-On-One therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities. Key duties include collecting and recording progress data and collaborating with the team to develop intervention plans while maintaining a safe environment.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and are preferred to have experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (Asd) or developmental disabilities, as well as experience with aba therapy. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are also necessary.
