Preschool Teacher 7am-5pm

The preschool teacher is responsible for the general supervision and management of an assigned group of children, developing daily activity calendars and lesson plans to stimulate learning. This role also involves overseeing classroom staff and volunteers while ensuring a safe, educationally stimulating, and inviting environment for the children.

Candidates must be a minimum of 20 years old and possess a child development associate credential, a relevant two or four-Year degree, or commensurate experience meeting virginia licensing standards. Required qualifications also include one year of group childcare experience, knowledge of state licensing standards, and obtaining cpr/First aid/Aed/O2 certification within 30 days of hire.
