Teacher Assistant 7am-5pm

The teacher assistant supports the lead teacher in providing a safe, caring, and learning environment for preschool participants, adhering to ymca mission and licensing standards. This includes assisting with supervision, behavior management, planning daily activities, and ensuring participant safety at all times.

Candidates must be at least 16 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of one year of supervised experience in a related field. Required certifications include cpr/First aid/Aed/O2 within 30 days, and successful completion of various background checks and mandatory trainings.
