Starting Pay - $20.40
Offers for external candidates are generally made between the minimum and midpoint of the range, based on experience.

Qualifications
- Strong background and experience in hockey
- High School graduate
- Junior or College hockey playing experience preferred
- Knowledge of skating fundamentals, basic stick handling, and shooting techniques
- BLS certification
Job Responsibilities
- Observes and adjusts potential problems with each athlete’s skating mechanics along with shooting and stick handling ability
- Identifies and builds relationships with local market groups to promote SMAP programs
- Builds and maintains professional relationships with athletes
- Educates athletes by targeting their specific training needs
- Recruits, trains, and oversees hockey athletes
- Measure pre- and post-program assessments
- Ensures scheduling and maintenance of equipment and cleanliness of the hockey training area/facility
- Coordinates with OMC staff to ensure a strong service line and team approach
- Enjoys teaching youth; and the ability and confidence to train young beginner athletes as well as advanced athletes
