Lower School Teaching Position

The role involves creating an intellectually challenging, inquiry-Based program using research-Based practices and culturally responsive pedagogy, while also managing all aspects of a full-Time teaching assignment including reporting and communication. Responsibilities also include individualizing instruction, nurturing student wellbeing, integrating technology, and fostering a sense of community and respect for differences.

Candidates must possess a minimum of three years of elementary teaching experience and hold a bachelor's degree, demonstrating maturity, flexibility, and a commitment to equity and professional growth. Desired qualifications include an advanced degree, professional development commitment, and prior leadership experience beyond the classroom.
