Perioperative Residency | Spring 2026 Graduates - Lankenau Medical Center

This year-Long nurse residency program supports new graduate nurses in developing clinical skills, focusing on patient-Driven outcomes and professional growth through critical thinking and data utilization. Residents in the perioperative fellowship will rotate through various surgical specialties learning both circulating and scrub roles, culminating in a periop 101 exam.

Applicants must be recent or soon-To-Be graduates of an accredited nursing program (Diploma, asn, or bsn) with graduation within the last 12 months or next 6 months, and diploma/Asn graduates must enroll in a bsn program within 6 months of employment. A preferred cumulative gpa of 3.0 or higher is desired, and specific application materials including a resume, bls/Cpr card, transcript, and clinical narrative are required.
