Perioperative Residency | Spring 2026 Graduates - Lankenau Medical Center

This year-Long nurse residency program supports new graduate nurses in developing clinical skills, focusing on patient-Driven outcomes and professional growth through critical thinking and data utilization. Residents in the perioperative fellowship will rotate through specialties learning both circulating and scrub roles, culminating in the periop 101 exam.

Applicants must be recent or soon-To-Be graduates of an accredited nursing program (Diploma, asn, or bsn) within the specified timeframe, with diploma/Asn graduates needing active enrollment in a bsn program within six months of employment. A preferred cumulative gpa of 3.0 or higher is noted, and specific application materials are required.
