Technicians are responsible for implementing individualized behavior intervention plans designed by a bcba and diligently collecting and recording data on client behavior during therapy sessions. They must also monitor progress toward treatment goals and effectively communicate with clients, caregivers, and the bcba.

Candidates need strong communication and people skills, high dependability, and organization, along with a high school diploma or equivalent. Reliable transportation and the ability to pass a background check are mandatory.
