We’re looking for one full time confident and caring Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) ready to bring their expertise into the classroom. In this school-based role, you’ll be part of the daily fabric of students’ lives—supporting them through transitions, challenges, and milestones that truly matter. What you’ll do
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create tailored Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Lead and support RBTs in implementing effective strategies throughout the school day
- Partner closely with teachers, paraprofessionals, school staff, and families to foster consistency and measurable progress
- Provide ongoing training, mentorship, and supervision for RBTs
- Deliver behavioral consultation that empowers educators and enhances classroom success
- Keep documentation efficient, ethical, and compliant—without drowning in paperwork
