School Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

The bcba will conduct functional behavior assessments, create tailored behavior intervention plans, and lead registered behavior technicians (Rbts) in implementing effective strategies throughout the school day. Responsibilities also include partnering with educators and families, providing training and supervision to rbts, and ensuring efficient, ethical documentation.

Candidates must possess an active board certified behavior analyst (Bcba) certification and an active illinois bcba license or be willing to obtain one. Preferred experience includes school-Based or pediatric settings, alongside strong clinical judgment and excellent collaborative communication skills.
