We’re looking for one full time confident and caring Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) ready to bring their expertise into the classroom. In this school-based role, you’ll be part of the daily fabric of students’ lives—supporting them through transitions, challenges, and milestones that truly matter. You'll be part of something that puts kids - and clinicians - first!

What you’ll do

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create tailored Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Lead and support RBTs in implementing effective strategies throughout the school day
• Partner closely with teachers, paraprofessionals, school staff, and families to foster consistency and measurable progress
• Provide ongoing training, mentorship, and supervision for RBTs
• Deliver behavioral consultation that empowers educators and enhances classroom success
• Keep documentation efficient, ethical, and compliant—without drowning in paperwork

What we’re looking for

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Active Illinois BCBA license or willingness to obtain
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred—but we’ll train the right candidate
• Strong clinical judgment and mentorship skills
• Excellent communication and a collaborative mindset
