Behavior Interventionist

As a behavior interventionist, the primary role is to work directly with children and teens with developmental disabilities, implementing individualized aba treatment plans under bcba supervision to teach skills and reduce challenging behaviors. Responsibilities also include collecting progress data, fostering learning through structured activities, and collaborating with supervisors and families to achieve optimal outcomes.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have reliable transportation, coupled with a genuine passion for helping children and teens grow. The position requires a commitment to providing at least 15 scheduled therapy hours per week to ensure consistent client progress.
