Autism Behavior Technician SIGN ON BONUS

The behavior technician will provide one-On-One aba therapy to children in various settings, implementing individualized treatment plans designed by a bcba. This role involves using evidence-Based interventions to support skill acquisition and behavior goals while accurately collecting and recording session data.

Candidates must possess a strong passion for working with children and demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and strong communication skills. Willingness to learn and grow within the aba field is essential, though prior experience or a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
