PRN Physical Therapist

The physical therapist is responsible for screening, evaluating, and creating treatment plans for residents, as well as supervising the implementation of these plans. They also engage in discharge planning and educate staff and caregivers as needed.

Candidates must have a bachelor's, master's, or doctorate in physical therapy from an accredited program and hold an active state license. Strong organizational, communication, and supervisory skills are essential for this role.
