26-27 Lower School Learning Support Specialist

The role involves developing and teaching a curriculum based on national standards, providing individualized and small group reading and math instruction for students in kindergarten through grade 4. Essential duties also include collaborating with faculty, assessing student growth, maintaining records, and communicating progress with parents.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in a related field and demonstrate proficiency in oral and written communication, along with knowledge of learning differences and disabilities. Experience working with school-Age children is preferred, as is familiarity with interpreting educational evaluations and standardized reading assessments.
