26-27 Early Childhood Lead Teacher

The lead teacher is responsible for developing and teaching an early childhood curriculum based on national standards, documenting student progress through various methods, and providing individualized instruction using engaging strategies like play and discovery. They must also establish positive relationships with families and collaborate effectively with other faculty members.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited university and demonstrate proficiency in oral and written communication. Experience teaching early childhood is preferred but not mandatory, as is adaptability to new technology and innovation.
