Admissions Counselor

The admissions counselor represents the university of oregon to various groups, independently develops and executes recruiting initiatives to meet enrollment targets, and conducts holistic review of assigned freshman applications. This role involves extensive recruitment travel, front-Line student admission counseling, and managing assigned geographic territories.

Minimum requirements include a bachelor's degree and one year of prior experience in higher education or an equivalent field. Candidates must possess excellent public speaking skills, technological proficiency for data management, and the ability to manage complex schedules while working effectively with diverse populations.
