Y-Play Center Attendant (PT) - Millington YMCA

The center attendant is responsible for providing quality, safe, and nurturing care to children aged 6 weeks to 12 years in the child-Watch program while maintaining program cleanliness and implementing developmentally appropriate activities consistent with ymca values. Key duties include ensuring constant supervision, fostering positive relationships with children and parents, and strictly adhering to all ymca policies and procedures.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, with previous experience working with children preferred. Required certifications, including cpr, first aid, aed, and specific ymca training, must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
