Vocational Counselor

The vocational counselor will provide direct one-On-One job coaching, assist clients with employment preparation tasks like resume building and interviews, and develop employer connections for integrated employment opportunities. Responsibilities also include supporting clients on job sites, fostering workplace readiness skills, and collaborating with employers to ensure job retention.

Candidates must be self-Starters with strong time management, interpersonal, and communication skills, possessing patience and empathy, and the ability to work independently. A valid driver's license and dependable transportation are mandatory, with experience working with people with disabilities or in related fields being preferred.
