Vocational Counselor

The vocational counselor will provide direct one-On-One job coaching and guidance to clients with disabilities to help them secure and maintain competitive employment. Key duties include assisting with job search materials, developing employer connections, providing on-Site training, and fostering workplace readiness skills.

Candidates must be self-Starters with strong time management, interpersonal, and communication skills, possessing patience and empathy for helping others succeed. A valid driver's license and dependable transportation are required, with preference given to those with experience working with people with disabilities or in case management/Coaching roles.
