Family Medicine Physician with Teaching Opportunity - Valparaiso, Indiana

The physician will provide full-Scope outpatient family medicine care to patients across the lifespan, including preventive, acute, and chronic disease management. Responsibilities also include teaching and mentoring family medicine residents in clinical and educational settings.

Candidates must possess an md or do degree and have completed an accredited family medicine residency program. Board certification or eligibility in family medicine is required, along with eligibility for medical licensure in the practicing state, and a preference for interest in teaching.
