PreK Educational aide-SST Sugar Land Elementary

The assistant will support teachers by working with small groups or individual children to achieve academic goals and help enforce classroom management and behavioral plans. Responsibilities also include supervising students during meals, recess, dismissal, and special events, as well as assisting with instructional planning and preparation.

A high school diploma or g.e.d. Is required for this position, although a minimum of 48 college hours and prior experience working with children are preferred. Candidates must possess strong communication, organizational, data analysis, and problem-Solving skills.
