Speech Language Pathologist

As a home health speech language pathologist, you will evaluate and provide speech/Language pathology services to patients in their homes. You will also participate in care coordination activities and maintain documentation as required.

Candidates must meet the education and experience requirements for certification of clinical competence in speech language pathology or audiology. A minimum of six months of experience as a speech therapist is required, along with a current and unrestricted license.
