Job Developer, Learn & Earn (51929)

The job developer will lead work readiness training, coordinate participant orientation and placement, and ensure all worksite documentation is complete and maintained according to dycd requirements. Responsibilities also include developing meaningful internships, conducting worksite pre-Assessments, and maintaining ongoing communication and support with worksites.

Candidates must have at least three years of relevant experience connecting youth to workplace experiences, employment engagement, or college counseling. A high school diploma/Hse is required, though college experience is preferred, alongside excellent writing and communication skills and proficiency in ms office suite.
