Inova Nursing Professional Development Instructor (RN) - Clinical Technician Academy

The registered nurse instructor will support the clinical technician academy by assisting with educational programs designed to maintain and improve staff competence in alignment with inova health system's goals. This includes supporting orientation programs, classroom training for entry staff, and implementing educational initiatives that aid in staff retention.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in nursing and a minimum of two years of progressive experience in a designated nursing specialty. A current bls certification from the american heart association and active rn licensure in virginia or eligibility for licensure are mandatory.
