Direct Support Professional - Butler Pool

The direct support professional implements individual treatment and behavioral plans while ensuring individuals remain engaged in meaningful activities according to their functional level. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate documentation regarding progress, personal care, and health/Safety, and proactively addressing challenging behaviors.

Candidates must possess a minimum of a high school diploma or ged and demonstrate the ability to read, follow, and give instructions verbally and in writing. Successful applicants must also obtain first aid and cpr certification within 90 days and maintain a valid arkansas driver's license if driving is required.
