School Age Assistant Leader

The assistant group leader assists the site coordinator in supervising the program, ensuring a safe, healthy, and constructive environment for all participating children. This role requires upholding the mission and code of conduct of the old colony y while encouraging positive character traits among participants.

Candidates must be a minimum of 16 years old and possess current cpr/Aed and first aid certifications, along with recent physical examination and tb test results. Essential abilities include fostering a culture of excellence, working cohesively in a team, and meeting physical demands such as lifting up to 75lbs occasionally.
