RN - Internal Medicine Clinic

The registered nurse will promote wellness, improve outcomes, and support self-Care for patients with chronic conditions through education and assistance in disease prevention and maintenance. This involves developing and implementing individual health plans in collaboration with patients, families, and providers, and coordinating outpatient care and prescription refills.

Minimum qualifications include graduation from an accredited nursing program with an associate's degree, diploma, bachelor's, or master's in nursing, along with a valid rn license and a minimum of 1 year of registered nursing experience. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree, 3 years of rn experience with 2 years in a clinical environment, current bls certification, and obtaining acls certification within one year.
