Military Family Life Counselor- School

The military family life counselor school provides non-Medical, brief, solution-Focused counseling to children under 18 regarding life circumstances like parenting, stress, loss, and deployments. Responsibilities also include partnering with schools to build coalitions, identifying family needs, providing 'get-Well' plans, and making appropriate referrals.

Candidates must possess a master's degree in a clinically relevant field and maintain a full, unrestricted license to practice independently as a clinical social worker, marriage family therapist, or psychologist. A minimum of two years of post-License experience working with children in areas like behavior management and coping skills is preferred, along with the ability to obtain a cnaci security clearance.
