Job Coach - Part Time

This role involves coaching individuals with disabilities in real-Life job skills at their workplaces to help them obtain and maintain meaningful community employment, while also managing necessary documentation like progress reports and daily notes. Responsibilities include ongoing communication with supervisors and families, providing on-Site instruction and advocacy, and assisting individuals with workplace integration and needs assessment.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old and possess reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and a willingness to transport clients in their personal vehicle, which must pass a state-Required safety inspection. The position requires evening and weekend availability and the ability to meet the physical and mental demands of the job.
