Day Treatment Therapist

The therapist will provide individual, group, and family therapy services tailored to youth with emotional and behavioral challenges, while maintaining oversight of their mental health needs and coordinating service delivery. This role also involves providing immediate crisis intervention within the school setting and developing resources for effective discharge planning.

Candidates must possess a master’s degree in social work, psychology, or child development, along with professional licensure through dora in colorado (Lpc, lcsw, lp, or lmft) and a cde license in school social work. A minimum of two years' experience working with adolescents and their families is required, along with the ability to pass comprehensive background screenings and maintain reliable local transportation.
