Behavior Technician (RBT)

The behavior technician will deliver one-On-One in-Person applied behavior analysis (Aba) therapy to children in their homes, following plans designed by a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba). Responsibilities also include collecting and recording data on client progress and participating in required supervision and training sessions.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and demonstrate a passion for supporting children with special needs, along with reliable transportation for in-Home service delivery. Preferred qualifications include experience with high-Aggression clients, a background in early intervention (Ages 2-6), and active cpr certification, with rbt certification being preferred or obtainable.
