Assistant Swim Team Coach

The assistant swim coach will support the head coach in implementing age-Appropriate training plans for youth swimmers (Ages 6-18) focusing on technique and competitive readiness, while also assisting with structured practices for the adult masters swim team.

Candidates should possess 1-3 years of swim coaching or competitive swimming experience, including knowledge of competitive techniques and all four strokes. Strong communication, teamwork skills, and the ability to motivate diverse age groups are essential.
