Graduate Assistant for Athletic Performance

The graduate assistant for athletic performance assists in all facets of the program, including recruiting, scheduling, training, monitoring academic progress, promotions, fundraising, and coaching team members. Primary duties involve supporting departmental needs through administrative tasks, organizing events, and conducting research.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and be fully admitted to a master’s degree program at benedictine college, requiring nsca certification by the start date, with cscs preferred. Essential qualifications include a commitment to student-Athlete development, high integrity, strong work ethic, knowledge of naia regulations, and demonstrated success in recruitment.
