Graduate Assistant - Track & Field

The track & field graduate assistant will be responsible for supporting all facets of the program, including recruiting, scheduling, training, monitoring academic progress, promotions, fundraising, and coaching team members. The assistant must adhere to the regulations set by benedictine college, the heart of america athletic conference (Heart), and the national association of intercollegiate athletics (Naia).

Applicants must be fully admitted into a master’s degree program at benedictine college, with a commitment required for the two-Year duration of the ga position, which cannot be completed in less than two calendar years. Desired qualifications include experience recruiting scholarship athletes and demonstrated success in inspiring student-Athletes to reach their full potential.
