Program Associate

Direct support professionals implement behavioral treatment plans, collect observational data, and assist individuals with daily living activities including personal care and supervision. They teach functional skills to help individuals achieve personal goals and accompany them to appointments and community outings.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old, possess a high school diploma or ged, and hold a valid driver's license with a minimum of one year of driving experience. A minimum of six months of related work experience is required, or current enrollment in a relevant degree program.
