Program Associate

Direct support professionals are responsible for implementing behavioral treatment plans, collecting observational data, and assisting individuals with daily living activities including personal care and supervision. They will also teach functional skills, accompany individuals to appointments and community outings, resolve behavioral issues, and complete required documentation.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or ged, along with a valid driver's license with at least one year of clean driving experience. A minimum of six months of related work experience is required, or candidates can qualify with current enrollment or a bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field.
