Program Associate

Direct support professionals are responsible for implementing behavioral treatment plans, collecting observational data, and assisting individuals with daily living activities including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and money management. They also teach functional skills, accompany individuals to appointments, provide safe transportation, resolve problem behaviors, and complete required documentation.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old, possess a high school diploma or ged, and hold a valid driver's license with a minimum of one year of driving experience. A minimum of six months of related work experience is required, or current enrollment in a degree program in psychology, social work, or a related field.
