Program Associate

Direct support professionals implement behavioral treatment plans, collect observational data, and assist individuals with daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation, and money management. They also provide supervision, teach functional skills for personal goals, accompany individuals to appointments, and manage problem behavior situations using approved crisis techniques.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or ged, along with a valid driver's license with a minimum of one year of driving experience. A minimum of six months of related work experience is required, or candidates can qualify with current enrollment or a bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field.
