Core responsibilities

As a behavior technician, you will teach and nurture behavioral, social, communication, and daily living skills to children with autism in a 1:1 setting at the learning center, following treatment plans developed by bcbas. You will also be responsible for accurately recording progress in the data collection system, managing breaks, and maintaining a safe workplace.

Requirements summary

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation, possessing consistent monday through friday availability, though part-Time shifts are offered. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and obtaining rbt/Cbt certification within 60 days of employment is mandatory, which the company assists with.
