Hospice Clinical Education Specialist - HomeCare

This role facilitates the overall development of staff education and competency programs by developing and coordinating curriculum to meet clinical staff learning needs and conducting competency testing. The specialist also collaborates with management to implement and evaluate programs, ensuring clinical disciplines maintain necessary competencies and training staff on emr proficiency.

The minimum requirement is a bachelor of science in nursing (Bsn) along with three years of clinical experience. Preferred qualifications include a master's degree, background in nursing education, and experience in home care, clinical training, and education.
