Teaching/ Teaching Assistant

The teaching assistant supports the academic success and character development of scholars under the direction of the lead teacher and principal, working closely with scholars, parents, and administration. Essential duties include assisting with lesson preparation, applying classroom management techniques, maintaining accurate records, and supporting students through instruction and monitoring during various school activities.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with an associate’s degree preferred, and at least one year of teaching experience is a plus. Candidates should possess proficiency with technology and strong relationship-Building and communication skills, along with a commitment to the mission and a passion for student success.
