Physical Education Teacher

The physical education teacher is responsible for leading instruction and training scholars, developing and implementing daily lesson plans, and employing creative, research-Based instructional strategies to ensure active engagement. This role also involves conducting interim assessments, tracking progress, and participating in faculty meetings and extracurricular activities.

Candidates must possess strong instructional and classroom management skills, hold a bachelor's degree or higher, and maintain a valid wisconsin teaching credential or be willing to obtain one, requiring a minimum of 12 educational teaching credits after three years. A minimum of 1-3 years of teaching experience is required, with preference given to those with urban experience and proficiency in microsoft office suite and school teaching platforms.
