Board Ceritified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Santa Clara

The role involves conducting functional behavioral assessments and designing, implementing, and monitoring behavior intervention plans across school and home settings, including serving as a member of the iep team. Responsibilities also include preparing required written reports, monitoring staff delivery of programs, and supervising registered behavior technicians and behavior analysts in training.

Candidates must be a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba) in good standing, preferably holding a master’s degree in psychology, education, or applied behavior analysis. A preference is given to those with two or more years of experience working with developmentally disabled or emotionally disturbed children and/Or adults.
