Camp Counselor

Counselors will be assigned to a group of same-Age campers, working with coworkers to manage them, facilitate camp activities like arts & crafts and stem, and build valuable peer-To-Peer connections. Key duties include building positive relationships with campers and upholding ymca values while engaging in all aspects of camp life.

Candidates should preferably have experience working or volunteering with youth in a recreation setting and must be willing or currently hold cpr & first aid certifications. Applicants must also be available for mandatory training before and during the camp season and maintain a patient, caring, responsible, flexible, and positive attitude.
